Penny's Christmas Home Tour

Welcome to our home!

We live in New Mexico, so our porch has a southwest theme....Here is Santa to greet you...

Watch out for those wild horses....

A boot tree?  Sure!

Come on in to the entry way...

Lots of Putz houses in here to welcome you...

Most of them are churches...

Straight down the entry way is the kitchen...You can see the potting shed out back thru the window

The counters are all decorated ....
French drying rack Christmas tree!

Make a left from the kitchen and you'll be in the great room....

Santa loves the Ballet is the theme for the tree in the great room...

We have a small eating area in here...

and a piano by the fireplace...
Step down from the great room and you'll be in the sun room...

We have a pastel tree in here, and lots of sunshine flooding the room...

Sweet little vignette in the sun room.

Come on back to the entry way and we'll take a turn down the hall way to the bedrooms....

This is one of the spare bedrooms..done with a music theme...

Santa and his instruments.

Across from the spare bedroom, is the master bedroom...this is the powder room in the master bedroom...

My inspiration room (closet) is in the master bedroom...

There is a faux fireplace...

And my wedding dress Christmas tree!   I did a post on each of the rooms on this tour and there are plenty of pictures...just visit my blog and make yourself at home!   Merry Christmas!

  51. Hi Penny,
Your house is gorgeous!!! We are thinking about relocating to NM, and I don't like southwest decor. How refreshing to see that romantic style can co-exist!!

  52. I knew I was going to love each vignette! For several years I had a pink and silver Christmas tree that I dearly loved. My menfolk prevailed and off I went into a new direction. Your home is so nostalgic for me!

  53. I could not wait to see your home decorated for Christmas and I was not disappointed. First of all, I would like to know where you got the runner in the entryway. I am looking for shabby chic rug for my entryway. The budget friendly ones are difficult to find. I started decorating with putz houses this year and I love yours. Stunning Christmas decorations you have. I love your blog and seeing all the beautiful and creative things you have done with your home. Thank you for inviting us into your pink world.
